How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have played sports my whole life so I have always been active and fit. I started training in 2015 and working with Division 1 athletes at Washington State University. My major was Exercise science and I applied and got accepted to be a Strength & Conditioning Intern. It was great getting to learn many exercises and movements which made it easier to teach the athletes. After this I was fortunate to build on my experience at the University of Washington as a strength & conditioning coach. I was giving many opportunities which helped me develop as a coach/trainer.
